Earlier today, City of Laredo Mayor Raul G. Salinas made several proclamations before this evening’s City Council meeting, promoting various issues important to the citizens of Laredo. During the City Council meeting, several local organizations were recognized for their outstanding accomplishments.

Come and join District I Council member Mike Garza and LBJ High School Honor Society as they launch their beautification projects planned for Laredo designated areas. The LBJ Honor Society has scheduled beautification projects throughout the year with assistance from Keep Laredo Beautiful and Laredo Parks & Leisure Services Department. The Tree planting will be the first of many planned projects scheduled by the LBJ Honor Society…JOIN US Saturday for future planned projects.
